In his planned book "Funny Stories about the World Jamborees", which is still to be published, Hartmut Keyler has presented all 25 world jamborees in eight humorous graphics. One drawing per jamboree was selected from this book and published as a special collection of postcards (in a special format and in a hardcover box).

Hartmut Keyler (born 1936) was not only a member of the World Scout Committee and the European Scout Committee of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) for many years, but also a quasi-permanent German participant in all World Scout Jamborees since 1961. The architect (BDA) has also made a name for himself as a graphic designer and artist. Countless scout badges, including all German contingent badges for the World Scout Jamboree, were designed by Hartmut. A particularly successful example of his artistic work is, for example, the logo and the design of the special letter for the 17th World Scout Jamboree in Korea in 1991.
